By accessing or using GhanaCash reward program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate in the GhanaCash reward program. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Reward Program Rules
Points earned through task completion can be redeemed for Mobile Money or gift cards. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Minimum redemption thresholds apply and may change from time to time.
4. Task Completion
Tasks must be completed as described. Fraudulent or invalid task completions will result in point forfeiture and account termination. GhanaCash reserves the right to verify task completion.
5. Payout Processing
Payouts are processed via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo). Processing times may vary. GhanaCash is not responsible for delays caused by Mobile Money service providers.
6. Account Termination
GhanaCash reserves the right to terminate accounts for: fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, or any activity that harms other users or GhanaCash.
7. Limitation of Liability
GhanaCash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the reward program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of points in your account.
8. Modifications to Terms
GhanaCash reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
